Dear Vendors,
We would like to welcome you to APHEA’s 36th Annual Homeschool Convention! The dates for the convention will be Friday and Saturday, April 8th & 9th, 2022. It will be held at Faith Bible Fellowship (FBF), 14225 Kluane Drive, Big Lake, Alaska. Our keynote speaker for this year’s convention is Kathy Koch of Celebrate Kids. Featured speakers Melissa Hannigan and Tricia Goyer, also of Celebrate Kids, will be joining us. In addition, featured speakers Faith Berens, Natalie Mack, and Dan Beasley of Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA) will be speaking. We are celebrating 36 years of service to Alaska homeschoolers and are looking forward to your participation in this convention!
If we have more than one vendor register for a particular title/curriculum/publisher, the following vendor selection prioritization criteria will apply:
1. APHEA members will receive priority as vendors.
2. Openings are available on a first come, first-served basis. This will be established on the date that contact is made with APHEA, but after March 15th, priority will go to the first vendor who has paid for a table.
To better serve our attendees, vendors are no longer asked to pay a fee to present their workshops but rather express interest in providing a workshop. The Convention Committee will select workshops from those submitted, and vendors will be informed by March 21st as to whether or not they were selected. Thank you for your interest!
The APHEA Board of Directors reserves the right to decline vendors whose offerings are not aligned with the principles and purposes of our organization.
Whether or not you are able to participate, please consider donating an item to our Silent Auction. In doing this, all attendees will be made aware of your products and your company name and website will be listed in our convention program and on our website for the next year. Please mail your donation to the address listed below or contact Annika at convention@aphea.org for pick-up arrangements.
